Ṣalāla is the capital and largest city of the southern Omani governorate of Dhofar and the most famous tourist city in Oman. Umpi, for the first time in Oman, has provided a remote control system and remote management of electrical panels and lamps in point-to-point control for public street-lighting through Minos System.

Specifically, Umpi has supplied 2000 Syra E nodes for LED lamps and 100 kits for street lighting feeder pillars control based on Minos system solutions.
