UMPI'S COMMITMENT IN THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is important to Umpi acting in compliance with the current laws on the protection and security of personal data in force. We trust that the rules below will help you to understand what kind of data Umpi usually collect, how they use and keep them and who they share them with.
Through its websites, Umpi does not collect any personal data (eg name, address, telephone number, e-mail address), unless you consent to provide it voluntarily (eg through a registration to the site or a survey) . Any consent can be revoked at any time. You will have the right to exercise the rights provided for by the art. 7 of the Lgs 196/03 and s.m.i., in particular way you will have the right to withdraw from the registration at any time and without any penalty.
PURPOSE OF TREATMENT
Following the provisions of the law of 30 June 2003 n. 196 and s.m.i. "Code regarding the protection of personal data", we point out the purposes and methods of processing for which personal data may be provided by you. Pursuant to art. 13 of the cited law, these data will be object of our processing of information or manual as defined by the art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the law, for purposes of: legal obligations related to civil, tax, accounting, etc., administrative management of the relationship, fulfillment of any contractual obligations, support and technical information on the products and to the services object of the relationship; after-sales assistance, verification of user satisfaction, market analysis and statistics; information on future commercial activities and announcements of new products, services and offers, both from us and from our subsidiaries; promotional and advertising initiatives aimed at the market; any analysis and economic-financial evaluation. Umpi will not collect in any case the "sensitive" data referred to in art. 26 of the Law 196/03 and s.m.i. The owner of the personal data is Umpi S.r.l., with headquarters in Cattolica, Via Respighi n. 13.
DATA RELATING TO USE OR COMMUNICATION
When using the telecommunication services that allow access to our website, data relating to the type of communication (eg, IP addresses) or use (eg, information on the start, term and duration of any access, and those related to telecommunication services to which you are connected) technically generated could reasonably be related to personal data. The collection and processing of such data will take place only in case of need and will in any case be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Law 196/03 and s.m.i.
AUTOMATIC COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
When you access the Umpi Elettronica website automatically (even without registration), some information is collected from our system which, however, does not lead to personal identification (eg type of internet browser and operating system used; site domain web from which you arrived at the site Umpi, number of visits to the site, average time spent, pages visited). Umpi could use this information in order to verify the use of the website and improve its performances and contents.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
On the web pages of Umpi Elettronica you can find hyperlinks (Hyperlink) with other websites, proposed to provide better service to their users. Umpi is in no way responsible for the content of the websites that users may access through their site. The existence of a Hyperlink to another site does not therefore imply approval or acceptance of responsibility by Umpi about the content of the new site accessed, also in relation to the policy adopted for the processing of personal data, as well as its use.
