For organic expansion, to be included in the Internal Support & Post Sales area, in particular in the division of post-sales assistance that can be performed or in the headquarters or on site on customers' installations (in Italy and abroad) regarding the Smart sector Lighting and Smart City services, the candidate will mainly be responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal production and R&D departments.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Technical/specialist skills are required, in particular an adequate level of knowledge in electrotechnical and electronic matters and the ability to read technical drawings-electrical diagrams are required.

Excellent familiarity with the use of electronic equipment and IT devices in general is also required, as well as a good knowledge of the Office package and basic knowledge of Autocad.

Ability of working in a team and sharing information are essentials for the profile.

REQUIREMENTS

Good verbal and written communication skills and dynamism are required.

Previous experience as a technician and/or technical assistance gained in the automation-system sector or in the lighting market will be rewarding.

Full time from Monday to Friday. Place of work: Rimini (also Smart Working available)
